I stayed in a Standard Family Room that could comfortably accommodate four people. The room was spacious and tidy, which made relaxing easy after a long day. The breakfast spread was impressive, with lots of options, including a great section for gluten-free items. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but I noticed they felt overworked, leading to some delays in service. On the first day, we had trouble securing a spot because of poor communication. Even though the food was decent in the bar, the prices at the hotel bar felt quite steep. the noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms sometimes disturbed our sleep, which could be improved. Despite these issues, we had fun engaging in family activities and exploring the beautiful surroundings.
